My item came from China to Canada in 3 days (including weekend processing as well). They really put you on the fastest shipping. My product was packaged well. I looked at Youtube to learn how to install and got her done no problem. Everything works as expected.
At present, I only tested system using flying wires and all was pretty ok. I will assemble system definitively in future.
Very good product with nice finishes. Perfect integration with the original system, including the 270° bird’s-eye view on my BMW F10. Don’t hesitate to ask support for the latest firmware to get the newest features.
The only drawback so far: the day/night management based on the headlights is not optimal. I hope the product will be durable over time—so far, so good!
After doing much research on this upgrade, I went with the RoadTop 12.3” Android head unit. I went with the original screen but do recommend upgrading to the Blue Ray option as the original does show fingerprints. Installation was the easiest part, taking only about 45min. Programming took longer than expected partially due to confusing language in manual but if you take your time and read thoroughly you can get through it. One note, I read a lot about cable management being difficult in various reviews, I did not experience this at all as there was more than ample room for all. I did have a little trouble getting multiple phones programed to the device. I factory reset the unit and was able to overcome the issue. Once installed and programmed, the unit looks like an OEM solution and performs well. Overall, very nice upgrade, wife loves it. Recommended.
Carplay 10 inch screen is working great. No glare, fast (no lag) and no complaints. Loving it!
Everything done and less than 1 hour. Basic tools needed, just watch a tutorial on YouTube and you're good to go. 100% recommend. Quick delivery too, even with Chinese New Year during the order.
The installation of the box went fairly easily. Disassembly of some of the car trim parts was a little difficult. The air vents needed to have a screwdriver slipped in behind the bottom clips to get them disengaged. Wire connections were easily made and the aftermarket rear camera works well. Getting the audio working was a challenge with Android phone but customer support provided guidance to resolve.
Took them 10 business days to deliver, super easy installation, best feature is that you use the car’s Bluetooth for audio, so the quality is excellent.

Touchscreen ist in BMW Welt und Android sehr schnell und macht die Bedienung sehr einfach, umfangreiche Einstellmöglichkeiten, Front und Rückfahrkamera funktionieren in höchster Auflösung (nicht immer selbstverständlich),Einbauanleitung sehr gut, aber Bedienungsanleitung hätte umfangreicher sein dürfen. Viele "Haken" sind nicht erklärt und nicht intuitiv einsetzbar. Alle Verbindungskabel sind sehr hochwertig verarbeitet.Funktionieren tut alles perfekt. Sogar dynamische Rückfahrkameralinien die man sehr genau korrigieren / ein-ausschalten/ kann. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Deutliche Aufwertung zum Originaldisplay

It's a huge shame that you cannot skip tracks with one click of the scroll wheel, like you can do with Road Tops Linux screens.

I am very satisfied with the basic functions and the performance of the rear camera!
However, during installation, the power connector was quite large, which made the wiring a bit forced. If the wiring were a bit longer, I might have been able to hide it behind the glove box or other areas.
Very happy with the results.

Great kit, just fitted to my 2014 Mercedes GL350 that I'd just bought. It had a pretty rubbish factory satnav that the maps hadn't been updated since 2014.. I've fitted other android auto units before, but not with a new replacement screen. This big wide screen installs very well and took just a couple of hours (and could have easily been less). Instructions could be a little better, but not a big problem. Using bluetooth for audio works really well too and means no need to mess about with additional cables for the Aux.
Easy as making chips you peel the potatoes and put them in oil.

the glove compartment insert the wires and close the glove compartment back up, hardest thing was taking the screws out.
