I recently purchased their carplay for my 2014 Cadillac SRX. It arrived very quickly, and the packaging and included cabling was of high quality. Through some apparent "user error" on my end when trying to install for the first time I couldn't get it working. Through back-and-forth emails over several days I was able to try again and get it working. For my SRX there was no need to disable/disconnect the CD player, not sure about all Cadillac models (especially those with CD connections in the glove box). The support from these folks was outstanding, very patient and helpful. My 11 year old vehicle now has up to date capability on my 8-inch CUE touch screen and I love it!!! Highly recommend this product and this company.

I like dealing with this company, I sent them a text on WeChat and they got back to me and explained to me how there unit works for my specific car and was very helpful telling me what other options I have! So thank you so much

Truly the best solution for CarPlay if you don’t want to spend the full amount on the genuine Apple unit. I am only giving this a 3 star review because, even though this may be more of a specific CarPlay issue it disconnects itself least 1-3 times per car trip. But you just turn your bluetooth off then back on and it will reconnect.
