Takes a day to install if you are an amateur, would recommend removing the ac trim, the ac control trim (to hide the new block that should go behind the head unit) and the glove compartment as well for ease of moving around the wires. Had some issues with the screen but the service has been excellent so no complaints - for the cost and the fact that it is not an OEM screen some issues are to be expected but nothing that can’t be resolved. The Linux screen itself when it works is perfect, extremely fast and smooth

Fit is very good and I appreciate the trim piece included to cover the previous rubber pads. That said, there are a few issues: my 2008 C300 had no stereo options added, so no fiber optic (MOST) cable was present, however, in using the AUX input, the three aux wires had to be moved from the OEM quad lock to the RoadTop one. There was no mention of this in the instructions and most areas of the internet. Once done, all good.

Also, in my case the HVAC panel required some modifications to include cutting off the upper tab since it was too wide, and the outer tabs on the RoadTop unit had to be cut off, as well. Once that was done, all parts fit back together fine and no rattles.

Final issue, the display came with a line of LEDs out. It’s not terrible, but disappointing.

Did it solve my needs? Eventually, yes, but it should have been a smoother experience.

This is my fourth Roadtop device as I have fitted them for family. The large screen Linux is, for me better than the Android version I had earlier as IOS seems to integrate better. Good product and pleased with it. Always a bit difficult with wiring the W205 but got there in the end.
