I am very impressed on its functionality at such low cost. After installed, the CarPlay functioned is very similar on my new car except the phone call function cannot be controlled on the steering wheel. Wrote a message to customer support, they just replied one page of the Bluetooth setup which is not on the installation manual comes with the unit; and it fixed the issue I had. Very happy to have this RoadTop decoder upgraded on my 2017 Lexus ES, and the tech support must be very familiar with the issues to resolve right away.

2015 Lexus ES300h. Installation was surprisingly easy and the unit works BEAUTIFULLY. I wish that I could unlock it for additional functionality, but it runs and looks great. Inititally I was struggling to get the wireless Android Auto to work, but once you plug it in, it sets everything up and retains the settings. Now I start my car and it wirelessly connects and runs perfectly. AND I can choose my audio and video INDEPENDENTLY - I can play Satellite radio while I'm seeing my google maps, etc. Incredible bang for the buck. Shipping was FAST too! I had it delivered to my home in Canada about 8 days after my purchase. Best money spent on my car.

Was nervous removing the plastic trim but following a few YouTube video’s actually wasn’t bad. Install was straight forward. Tech support was great. Ended up updating the firmware and they answered multiple questions. For the price this CarPlay is great. Been working well so far. Previous review did not post for some reason. I would recommend this upgrade even for not having to pay for map updates from Lexus.

I was skeptical to see how this would work on my 2015 is350 f sport. Install was very simple. Hardest part was probably putting every thing back together neatly. The product works exactly as advertised and is actually very smooth. I am surprised because stock navigation is pretty glitchy so I didn’t think it would work too well but it works amazing. Highly recommend buying this. Be sure to also go through settings and change a few things to get the best experience. I will be buying one for my dads tundra as well
