Works perfect on my V250 2018 (W447) with NTG5
I didn’t get to use the product due to a compatibility issue on my end, seller was more than willing to help over WhatsApp and guided me through my options, unfortunately my system was too old and I had misidentified it from the start. Seller offered to refund with no problems whatsoever. Quick response. Many thanks.
Seems like they have settling in issues but I suspect it's because of old firmware. US stock must be older. But .. the function is EXCELLENT. Even moreso on Android Auto although car play works as well as our cars w native carplay.
Customer service is email only BUT VERY RESPONSIVE.
