Great device, but missing instructions for BMW i8

I bought the RoadTop to add Apple CarPlay to my 2015 BMW i8.
First the good things
* Quick shipping
* Great price
* It works very well
* I am very happy with the device

Now the only problem:
It is advertised to work in a BMW i8, which it does. In the installation manual RoadTop provides installation instructions for all kind of BMW, but none for the i8. At the end I was able to find instructions for the i8 from other manufacturers.

Great product, good price fast shipment

Ordered the Road Top BMW NBT/EVO. Very swift shipment. Installed it myself with YT video and instruction manual. Took about 1hr. Worked great from the start. Good experience!

Wrong box

I received a cic box, as I was ensured that I had a cic system from the live chat system. However I have a cic high box with has a 6pin LDVS cable, not the 4 pin. Now I have been in contact with one of the members of staff and they have been nothing but excellent. Hoping the new correct box arrives soon and functions as it should. Aftercare support is top notch but just ensure that if you have a bmw from the ‘transition period’ 2012-14 that you may have a ‘CIC High’ system which would require a NBT MMI box.
