I was a bit skeptical about upgrading my 2023 Mini S Hardtop but wanted to use Android Auto. After watching a couple of videos, it turned out to be a very easy process. Color coded connectors and connectors that only fit in one direction make it hard to make any mistakes. The Tech support I received was spot on. I can even upgrade the software on-line in the car now. I received the product in less than a week! I am so happy with this purchase and now I recommend RoadTop.Com to all of my friends. Only tip I think you may need is when plugging things in, I did not need the USB connector but plug it in the unit anyway and put the USB end of it behind the glovebox (Glovebox comes out with a few screws, wire on top and right side and pop-off panel on the right - Very Easy - less than 5 minutes after your first time to remove the glovebox because I had to upgrade the software and you need that USB to do the first upgrade unless you end up with a newer unit. I tucked the USB up out of the way after the software upgrade).

I SHOULD GET THE BIG SCREEN, INSTED USING TMY SMALL SCREE., BUT STILL LOVE IT

So far Carplay installed in my 2017 Mini Clubman has worked great. there are some hiccups here and there but i'm still learning the ins and outs as well. I recommend this if you want Carplay in an older car that didn't come with it!

He quedado contento por el resultado final y por la velocidad de envio. Me quedan dos dudas, si hay 2 iphone en el coche cual tiene prioridad en conectar? como se actualiza el software. Recomendado.
