had one minor issue and Road Top support quickly addressed with a software update. Easy email communications with them. Module provides everything it promises. ONE NOTE - DO NOT ATTEMPT TO PLACE THE MODULE IN THE SAME CAVITY AS THE OEM HEAD UNIT. THERE IS NO WAY IT WILL FIT. USE THE VOID BETWEEN THE GLOVE BOX AND THE HEAD UNIT FOR EASIEST INSTALLATION.

So my 2013 Mercedes E350 is now upgraded with Android Auto/Applie Car Play. It took me 8 hours due to where to place the box. Plan it well, don't unscrew the holding screws for your head unit to much(don't ask me why). A person with little knowledge can do it.

Good product and doing what is supposed to.

I am amazed. This decoder is excellent. The installation is not as difficult as you think. I installed my decoder left of the glove box, in the center console. There is plenty of room there so you don't have to put it behind the ntg and you just have usb and audio cable in the glove box. The voice commands are great and android auto operates great. You can play any song you want from Spotify just telling it to Google assistant. Overall is am very satisfied with the decoder. It is a real upgrade for my car.
