Excellent customer support, good product, easy to install, have some trouble with A/c menu but customer support easily fix it for me,(they send me updates and I install it)only one thing which I don’t like that sound play only through your phone Bluetooth and you should play music at your phone first or if you want to be connected through BT transmitter you can play music from your car screen but when you receive phone calls, caller will hear echoing all his words. So you should choose or this or that I don’t know is for all cars like that or only for mine, but overall everything great, specially for that price it worth it!

I like the CarPlay box, but I would really prefer to see the climate control settings on the screen. Right now, you always have to exit the system to check which temperature and fan level are set.
