HD Screen For Mercedes-Benz GLK X204

After using the Road Top Linux screen in my 2014 Mercedes-Benz E-Class (W212), I can honestly say it has transformed the car. The unit integrates beautifully with the factory dashboard and looks like it could have been fitted by Mercedes.
Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto work flawlessly, the touch screen is responsive, and switching between the original Mercedes system and the Road Top interface is quick and seamless. It brings all the modern functionality I wanted without taking away from the original look and feel of the car.
If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the viewing angles and daytime screen brightness. They're perfectly usable, but a brighter display with wider viewing angles would make an already excellent product even better.
That said, this is a very minor criticism. Considering the price, build quality, ease of installation and overall performance, this has been one of the best upgrades I've made to my car.
If you're looking to modernise your Mercedes while keeping an OEM appearance, I can highly recommend the Road Top system. It has exceeded my expectations, and I would happily buy it again.

Whilst the screen itself is fairly easy to fit, the extended wiring loom does make it a bit awkward to get the head unit back into the dash. Other than that though the screen adds a whole new lease of life to the radio, adding CarPlay & Android Auto with seamless integration into the original sound system and is well worth the upgrade if you have a car without these modern continences as standard.

I was looking to add carplay on my ML250 2014! The options where not to lose my car’s bluetooth microphone because I have two android headunits in my other cars and have problems regarding phone call quality. CoPilot suggested this unit! Went throught the website and order it. I amde a mistake and ordered both screen and decoder 🫣. I contacted support through website and cancelles the decoder. The unit came to Cyprus after 6 working days. And the refund of the decoder debited to my bank account the next 2 days. Installation were easy and video instructions very helpfull. Had only one question and contacted support through whatsapp. Response was very quick taking in mind the time difference in Cyprus. Everything works perfectly. Has a difgiculty to put the screws of in the rear of the screen and I bought the same screws 10mm longer and fix it!
Conclusion If you want to buy a headunit doing the basic carplay and clear phone calls is the best choice and I recomend it! Every button of the car volume, selction wheel, siri everthing work perfectly

I was a little nervous about installing this aftermarket unit and had done a lot of research and finally decided on the Linux unit. Certainly glad I did as it was easy to install with clear instructions and photos. I had some issues with the resolution but was sorted with online assistance. The unit is high quality and the 10.5 unit fits in without being intrusive. Happy with my choice.
