The EVO roadtop display unit for my BMW X1 2018 model was a compatibility fit. It came with clear instructions (both written and you can find YouTube videos online).

The screen looks very good. I haven't installed it yet, but my first impression is positive. One suggestion: the packaging could be improved for transport. I think a sturdier cardboard box would provide better protection during shipping.
